Click on the titles below to discover materials and tried and tested resources relating to the topic.
If you have reflections on the programme, or would like to share some of your own positive well-being practices, please contact Pauline at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to extending the programme throughout 2022, so please revisit this page for more information.
We invite you to have a browse of some resources that have both sustainability and well-being in mind, and perhaps take away an idea or two to try out.
Here we present some exercises, examples, and tools that can spark your creative writing ideas and develop your practices.
