The self-care sections include a variety of wellbeing focused webinars and podcasts, free apps, mindfulness toolkits, and tips for staying active.

Actify offers tools and tipcs on getting out and about and staying active.

The NHS provides a wealth of exercise guides, with text and picture descriptions, from easy chair exercises, to aerobic exercises. There is free access to the NHS Fitness Studio's range of online exercise videos, including yoga and Pilates.
