Focusing on self-care: wellbeing webinars

The self-care sections include a variety of wellbeing focused webinars and podcasts, free apps, mindfulness toolkits, and tips for staying active.

The Network of Wellbeing offers a wide range of resources for self and community wellbeing, including a series of webinars.

The Early Years Scotland’s website which has info and links to the further upcoming Wellbeing focussed events for all within the ELC workforce, as well as a link to the video of the content from the series of events which ran over the summer. offers a free, easy to use meditation guide and app.  A quick sign up process is involved, and there are options to download the app, or receive emails.

GTC Scotland has drawn together a variety of resources and advice to support teacher and lecturer health and wellbeing during COVID-19 including a series of webinars.

CALM Training offers webinars on subjects such as addressing isolation in a trauma informed way, as well as links to useful resources on supporting self-care, and the wellbeing of others.

Worry Tree is a free app that features in the NHS Library, which aims to introduce Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at times when users feel anxious or stressed. Please note, there are some paid for products on the website, apart from the free app.
