Management Time for Promoted Staff

Introduction

1.1 The following resolution was approved by the 2006 Annual General Meeting:

"This AGM instructs Council to investigate and report on the amount of management time agreed by LNCTs for promoted staff and the actual time allocated."

1.2 The Salaries Committee sought advice from Local Association Secretaries. 18 responses were received. LA Secretaries were also asked to comment on whether management time had been reduced due to budgetary pressures.
