1. Will there be a change to the way the 400 pounds payment is being distributed? Currently, using a pro rata system will disadvantage teachers with full responsibility for certificate classes who have marked, moderated and been part of the full process. A colleague with no certificate classes who takes part in marking will receive full payment, compared to their part time counterpart who has full responsibility for a class. This will also overwhelmingly disadvantage female colleagues and single person departments. Surely we must ensure everyone involved gets equal payment?
