We warmly welcome you to consider additional dates for Well-ness and Inclusive Education Across the School Environment, delivered online.

This 2-part series invites participants to explore the relational nature of school environments and the profound impact of daily interactions on staff and pupil wellbeing. By examining the social and emotional climate of schools through a bio-psycho-social lens, participants will gain insights into the underlying reasons behind wellbeing challenges within school settings.

The course aims to promote a culture of wellbeing and inclusivity for all by fostering wellbeing-focused behaviours. Participants will learn to reflect on their own experiences, recognize areas of challenge in their workplace interactions, and identify practical strategies to enhance their everyday working environment. Key factors such as stress and pupil behaviour will be discussed to support a deeper understanding of social and emotion communications in the classroom.

This reflective and collaborative space will offer fresh perspectives on enhancing an inclusive school environment, focusing on effective, practical approaches to promoting staff and pupil wellbeing across the whole school community.
