* Report of Council and its Committees

The Report of Council and its Committees is not a policy document. It provides a factual account of the work of Council and its Committees over the year and is a supplementary source of information to the minuted decisions of Council, the Policy Papers and the Annual Accounts. Delegates may raise questions on any aspect of the Report, and such questions must be in writing and received in this office by 10.00 am on Monday 24 May 2021. Please note that questions on the Annual Accounts of the Institute must also be received by this date.

Registration and Credentials

Delegates for the AGM will be registered on the EIS database and we will use that database to disseminate AGM papers and information. We will have to share each delegate’s name and email address with CameronLive in order for it to register each delegate on the HopIn platform that will be used to host AGM. If you have not received a registration email from Hopin by 31 May 2021 then please contact Lucy Murray (lmurray@eis.org.uk).

We will email delegates separately to seek your permission for the EIS to use any photograph that they are in during the AGM, as required under the new General Data Protection Regulations.

Yours sincerely
